I earned the nickname Miss Sassy Boots several years ago now, and it fits me perfectly! I apply this to my coaching style as I want you to be bold, confident and unafraid. As a coach honesty is paramount as well as inspiration, and if you train with me, you will have sass, confidence and a positive mindset in spades.
I have successfully navigated the menopause and been able to loose stubborn pounds (and continue to do so, so you are not going through this journey alone). Each week I get stronger, fitter and a bit thinner along the way, so I know this method will work for you too.
I love nature, people, water and animals. I am an author and writer as well as a coach and most of all, I love my diva dog, Ayra; just as sassy as her human!
